My Experience with Souhoola’s Recruitment Process
I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Souhoola during a recruitment process, as I believe transparency is important when it comes to the job search journey.
After being contacted by the company for a position, I went through the interview process and provided all the required documents, including my official bank statement and other sensitive information to prove my current salary. From the very beginning, I had been transparent about my salary, and they confirmed this information with me multiple times. I understood that providing such official documents would be the final step before receiving an offer, as these details are typically requested to verify information before a formal offer is extended.
However, despite sharing these documents, I saw the position reposted without receiving any feedback or updates on my status. I made attempts to reach out for clarification, but my calls and messages were met with silence. This lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and questioning the professionalism of the process.
I believe that companies should not request sensitive documents unless they are prepared to make an offer and simply need verification. Job seekers deserve transparency and clarity, especially after sharing personal information. I hope that by sharing my experience, it might encourage companies to provide better communication and respect for candidates’ time and efforts.
