I don't want to say that it was the biggest waste of time in my life, but that's exactly what it was. They started by giving me a tour of the facility as if I were a potential customer, then they had me sit and wait for half an hour before taking myself, and two other people into a conference room, asked us one question, and then told us that was it and they'd be in touch. It was nothing more than a screener, which is what resumes are for.
