I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Bethesda, MD) in Jun 2016
Interview
After applying online, I had a brief phone interview, then a in studio interview. Questions were fair and very much a conversation. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. It also went over the procedures of the front desk and if it would be something I would be able to do.
Easy, quick, and fun. There was a couple of rounds of interviews. First one was on the phone, second was in person. Both were easygoing and you got a good feel for the managers you would work for.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle
Interview
Went into studio and spoke to studio manager. Had been rider so wasn’t crazy intense. Hired within the week and started about right away. Questions not complicated or hard. More looking for do you fit the culture.

Why Soulcycle and what will you bring to the space.
Multiple rounds, all individual interviews . It was first with a recruiter and then 2 rounds with managers. This was for opening a new studio in New York prior to the pandemic.
