The initial response to my application was quick and as I was living in a different city they had arranged for an interview over skype..it was smooth. Couple of senior guys were there during the call and they did ask about my experience in the field. As they had already run a background check, it was not all difficult to get through. Even the compensation negotiations were smooth.
