Initial online application, recorded video application, in person final stage interview. Very quick process, very friendly managers conducting the interviews. Standard STAR questions, but very engaging and very quick to respond after the final interview.

Interview
Interview with two people, some very odd questions. Took about 30-45 mins in total and if you are even vaguely over qualified or have some sense of independence you won't be getting an offer. Did not seem like the happiest of places.
