I received an e-mail from a South State Bank recruiter for a phone screen. This e-mail was sent to me 30 minutes before the recruiter had left for the day. I called the next day. Three days later no call back from the recruiter. I figured out that I should move on. Abut two weeks later, I got an e-mail saying the position had been filled.
