Southcentral Foundation interview questions

Two panel interview was great! Easy, chill, very pleasant. Ask questions pertaining job title and what type of person they were looking for to join the team. I got an offered the next day. I must say that the orientation is too long. A week of orientation before the initial start. Orientation was more of how to deal with customers.

Quick, behavioral based questions, and situational. Interviewers seemed interested in work life balance, explained goals of the company and asked about mine. Seemed friendly and gave grace during the interview for thoughts.
