I applied online. I interviewed at Southeastern College
Interview
The application process was simple. Interview was scheduled by the Campus President. Questions were typical. Focus was on allied health programs, for-profit college issues and team building. Follow-up interviews included team members and a leader from the national level.

Question 1
How do I build community amongst faculty who have little to no teaching experience?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Southeastern College (Miami Lakes, FL) in Jun 2024
Interview
At Southeast College, the people who interview you are not serious. They tell you they are happy with your interview and that they will soon explain the process for starting, but then you never hear from them again. When you call or write to ask if you will be starting the position, they simply don’t respond. You are left in limbo, with no one seriously informing you that you have not been hired.
They are not professional. They should not waste people's time. Please be professional and clearly state if someone has not been selected—don’t leave people waiting.
Interview was painless and easy. They are ready to hire almost immediately. But it does appear that they have a high turnover rate, and do get a lot of people who leave before one year.
