      Manager Interview

      4 Jan 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Indianapolis, IN
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Southern Bells (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2009

      Interview

I turned in an application to one of their current RGMs, and within several days I received a call from an Area Coach (District Manager), asking me if I would like to have an interview at one of her stores. I accepted, answered questions about my work history. Afterwards I was given a basic IQ test and asked to fill out a background check. I was then asked to talk to the Market Coach (Regional type manager) and interviewed with her answering approximately the same questions but a little more detailed. They look for a good, generally extroverted, personality and being able to pass a background check more than anything.
