I applied in late fall, early winter. Got my interview in December and heard back about a month later. Very standard behavioral interview with a big focus on safety. I attempted to answer them by tying them back to previous experiences I have had at jobs or projects.

I applied online. It took 2-3 weeks for the HR to call me. They set up a Skype interview and asked pretty much all behavioral questions on this round. The questions asked are some of the S.T.A.R. behavioral questions.

Applied through my University. Skype interview was easy as they only asked behavioral questions. The in person interview had more technical questions that related to electrical engineering. Overall not hard at all and really enjoyed it.
