Interview
After applying online for SELC's associate attorney position in Charlottesville and Chapel Hill, I was contacted for a phone interview with two senior attorneys from those respective offices. Both were very nice and, for the most part, the interview was very standard. The interview lasted for approximately a half hour.

Interview
Had two interviews - one virtual, one in person. I applied to multiple offices so there were people from each of the offices I applied to in the first virtual interview. Then, for the second round interviews I was scheduled to meet with people from each of the offices I applied to separately but they were pretty much back to back.

Interview
The interview process was great. First it was a virtual interview screening process, the second interview was with several attorneys from different offices and the final interview they flew me out to my top choice office to meet with several attorneys and grab lunch. It was a great experience where I both learned about different practice areas, had opportunities to ask questions, and learned about the office culture.
