The interview was pleasant and the proctor was extremely nice and made me feel relaxed. Challenging but not overwhelming, and an amazing company to work for. The interview questions were very standard, a time I learned something new, had a challenge, a new idea, etc. You had to think on your toes, but I naturally added humor in there that they seemed to really appreciate. There were 3 other people there for interviews, which may be intimidating, but SNHU fills a lot of positions so don't let that get you down.

Applied for Admissions Counselor position online and sent follow up email to recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter which went well. Moved to the second round of interviews (virtual over Teams) with an Admissions Director and Team Lead. Both came across as unfriendly, didn't smile, and were dismissive of my experience in admission.
