Applied in person, had a friend that work there. Never told him about that. Called about 3 days later and said he was doing phone interviews and mine was next. Very nice talk about some of my passed work history and he needed a number. Called the same day and set up for me to come in the next day. I was 10 minutes early and he was 5. He had me sit and meet the crew that was on duty and the manager before went to the office. Interview went well taked about my passed work, he asked me about 10 work questions and dicussed pay.
