I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Southwest Electric Co. (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2016
Interview
I was offered an interview at Southwest Electric through a staffing agency. The Recruiter interview was scheduled for two days after my interview with the staffing agency. The interview was conducted by the Assistant HR Director (I think that was her title). She seemed to be a friendly, knowledgeable, professional person who asked questions that one would expect during an interview. The only thing different about this interview was the length of time the interview took. From the time I arrived, until I left, I had been there a little over two hours. The interviewer and I seemed to have a lot in common professionally and the conversation got sidetracked several times, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, just different. I felt confident about the position and interview when I left, but I never heard anything back from her or the staffing agency that sent me.
