It’s a 3 day process. On day one they just ask you questions to get to know you better and give more info about the internship. They give you an assignment at the end of day one which is calling other people who’ve done it in the past to know how their experience was like. Day 2 you answer even more questions about yourself and what you learned from the people you called. Another task was assigned which was to state 25 reasons why you want to do the internship and what some words mean to you (commitment, confidence, etc).
