Process took over a month. Made it to third round interview and Engineers were nice and asked questions to get to know both me and my technical abilities. Was given a take home algorithm coding assessment after and was rejected after submitting assessment.

A very to-the-point interview, mostly based on eagerness to learn the industry and a personality that suits the team/company. Interviewers very casual and friendly and wanted to get a sense of what I'd be like to work with.
