It varies massively from person to person... My experience was very swift and efficient. I had easy and fast access to HR for questions, and all exchanges were handled quickly and thoroughly. I had one phone interview for each of the positions I applied for, which were absolutely incredible. Great questions, both technical and non-technical. The interviewers had reviewed my portfolio and resume and from them created some very in-depth and challenging questions that were still geared perfectly toward my past experience and the position I was interviewing for. Everyone was very friendly, and in the end all three of my interviews left me a good impression of the company and I felt that the interviewers really grasped my skills, weaknesses, and personality well.
