Interview
Had two phone interviews, first with a recruiter then the hiring manager. From there they flew me out for a one day onsite whirlwind. Had to present to a panel and field questions on it then had one on one with each person in the room. Overall good experience

Question 1
Would you be willing to work longer than 50 hours a week
First round will be phone interview.
Mainly ask your background, working experience.
Second round will be with the hiring manager,
still asking working experience, experience with supplier management, and how do you solve problems will supplier fails to meet deadline.
They don't really ask behavioral question compare to other companies instead ask a lot of follow up question from your experiences.
