The interview process began with a phone interview from the company recruiter which was only about 10 minutes or less, and followed up with another phone interview the following week which was about 30 minutes. After that I had a phone interview with one of the supply chain team managers who asked a lot of non-technical questions about soft skills/hobbies/etc. to see if I’d be a good fit into the culture there. After that round, I was called back within a week to set up an in-person interview on their campus which involved me giving a 30 minute presentation to a room full of managers followed by 4 hours of back-to-back interviews with each of them. This was the final round and although it was a long day, it was much easier that I had imagined since the culture there is very laid-back, friendly, and young (nobody was over 30!) which helped ease my nerves.
