Spoke to a recruiter at a university event and briefly discussed what my experience and education levels were. Received an email within a week asking for a phone interview. Phone interview was conducted with an engineer who could further understand my resume. Was asked very indepth questions about my resume and exactly what specific parts entailed and how much experience i had.
