HR screen followed by rigorous technical interview. Brain teasers and logic questions were included and it was unnecessarily difficult and the subject matter was quite random. People were pleasant to talk to and answered any questions I had fully.

First round fine, second round intense and very technical. Asked intro question, then dived in further and further, asking clarification questions and questioning your answers. Must be very confident and prepared. Not looking for individuals who don't know 'first principles'.

1 screening with a recruiter, 2 30 min screening calls with engineers on the team (manager and the level above), 1 on site interview that you're flown out for. It takes around 6 weeks at the longest.
