Took a few months of back-and-forth via email to finally schedule interview. Talked with Dept director who was nice and patient. However when I asked questions, they didn’t answer me directly and elaborated on something contingent.

      21 Dec 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Spark Foundry

      Interview

I had an informal interview/conversation with the recruiter. That went well and then I was moved to the next stage, an interview with who would’ve been my director. That also went well, it was all straight forward and lighthearted. I got the job verbally but due to budget cuts did not receive an offer. My one con in the whole experience.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time where you had to deliver results under pressure. Describe the most stressful work situation you’ve ever experienced and how did you handle it? Also some general questions about me and why I wanted to do this
