Sparkle reached out to start the interview process on a Thursday afternoon. I responded to the email within 30 minutes, providing a time I could talk on the phone the following morning. However, I never received a response from Sparkle. The following Monday, I reached out to ask if Sparkle was still interested. I then received an email saying they were on vacation and would reach out the following Monday.
So yes, in the middle of planning an interview, they went on vacation. I could not wrap my head around conducting business this way, so I created this account to recount this to probably no one. Cheers.

Website and indeed ad clearly stated options for 4 day work week. Drove 20 min to interview to be told that you must work 8-6pm 5 days a week. When I asked why it has that as an option on their website she said it is only in rare cases and you get a lower hourly rate. And then the interview was over. I don't understand putting flexible scheduling options on your job Ad then. Very strange experience. Would not recommend

3 separate interviews, the owner is very nice and sweet.... however, the last two interviews were a waste of my time (not done by the owner) The last interview is a working interview, which means you are with a cleaner for about 5 hours, watching them clean without pay. If you do not constantly engage in conversation, you will not be selected. They will make it seem like the last interview is for you to decide if it's something you want to do, but it's really basically a popularity contest.
