I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sparkpr (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Had 2 interviews. The first one went great with Andrew! The second one was scheduled right after, and it was going very well until the interviewers mentioned that I lacked experience for the role, even though everything they mentioned wasn't on the description at all. They seem very entitled as well!

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sparkpr (Leslie, MI) in Feb 2024
Interview
Got an email to chat on a secure app called element.
Used element in the browser and chatted with them. First it seem good and legit but at the end when they wanted me to spend $350.00 on a program to track my hours and I refused they said they are not going to hire me.
Side note I have screenshotted the entire chat with this so called HR Manager.

Thank you for reaching out. This contact is impersonating Sparkpr in an attempt to obtain sensitive information through phishing. This individual is not an employee of Sparkpr.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sparkpr (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
I had a good screening interview with the recruiter. I then met with 2 senior executives within the organization the following week. The interview was only 1/2 hour and I was asked a lot of questions, so I had to talk fast. The first question was a broad "tell me about yourself, but not related to work at all". That's a broad question to ask especially given the 1/2 hour timeframe and that it was for a senior role. During the interview one of the individuals hardly had the opportunity to ask any questions, he only asked one. Also, I was given barely 5 minutes to ask any questions I had at the end, I was told at the end, "We're still in the very early stages of interviewing and we have a lot of really great candidates to interview." That's not quite something you'd say to someone to make them think that they may potentially move forward in the process. After I took a look at the company reviews again...it all made sense why this whole interview seemed off.

Question 1
Tell us something about yourself not related to work. What types of skills are important for people in a marketing team? How do you manage a team and keep them on target? Why do you think ABM is important?
