Interview
One screening call over the phone with a recruiter, one short "technical" interview over the phone where they assess your tech level, one cultural interview with a current dev, and a Codility assessment. In the end, they put my assessment and resume on file for later- but they were upfront that they doing "proactive" hiring, so I knew this was the likely outcome going in.
