Phone interview with dedicated recruiter. He had no technical questions and only required anecdotal evidence of my skills and experience. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't an actual internal job offer but that they were using their resources and relationships to staff their customers.

Interview
Very relaxed and informal. The attire was business casual. Basically, asked what your work experience was and explained what role they were looking to fill. Also, had to meet with the client to obtain their approval as well.
