The interview process took several weeks. It consisted of taking their 3-day style course, and then three separate interviews with senior level people at the company. Most questions seemed geared toward my business acumen, ability to be flexible with my schedule, and why I wanted to work for them. There were no case study or situational types of questions or written component. It seemed that they were trying to assess for “fit” vs. relevant skills/experience. It was a very pleasant interview process where I had the opportunity to ask many questions about the position and role. I received an offer about a month later.
