Applied online and took a personality test. Had two in-person interviews with two weeks in between. Was given the opportunity to shadow PTs and Techs for the first interview. They got back to me in two weeks with the final results.

Month long process. Interviewed with like 5 different people, in addition to shadowing followed by another interview with a higher up. After that, no answer! Complete waste of time and energy. I'd suggest not even bothering applying no matter how desperate you are. I applied having alot of experience and met current employees who got the job with none makes no sense whatsoever.
