Overall the interview process went really well. I met with the owner and a couple other employees. However, I was disappointed that it's been a few weeks and I never received a "thanks, but no thanks" email. Understanding that not all employers send a rejection email but they should. It's common courtesy to at least get back to the applicant to let them know if they are moving forward in the process or not. I had read another review on Glassdoor prior to my interview and I had seen that someone else had interviewed and never heard back so it's not surprising that I'm not hearing back. Please do better moving forward with other applicants!
