Spectra Contract Flooring interview questions

It was very personable, friendly and welcoming. You are one on one with the hiring manager and they just want to get to know who you are as a person.

I have received a call from the VP a month after I applied for that position. on the call he asked why I have applied for this position. Then he set up the in Person interview for the next week. Interview took less than 30 min. IT was only with the VP. He asked about my background and experiences, and how comfortable I am working in this positions. Then he asked for the salary expectation and when he heard my range he asked why?! And what I expected was nothing distortionary and it was the common rate for the position in area. The feedback were good in general and the conversation was back and forth which was good. When I sent a follow up email to the VP, he never responded, which I think it is unprofessional.
