Spectrum Communications and Consulting interview questions

The worst interview process I have ever experienced. They made me do a 2-hour quiz, just for them to ghost me and not even follow up saying they aren't proceeding with my application. Save your time! They do not care about you!

I'm assuming it's a multiple interview process - I got through the first and the interviewer seemed kind and engaging. He told me he would send me a follow up email within the next couple days for a project test to show my skills. I never received that email, so I followed up with them after a week and got the necessary information for the project. The project took took a decent amount of time, and after sending it over with the necessary information I was then promptly ghosted. You'd think you'd get at least a rejection email after going through all that effort. It makes me think they sent over the project test only because I asked, not because they wanted my application. I would have much rather gotten a rejection than go through the trouble.
