Spectrum (Germany) interview questions

Sehr angenehmer Empfang, transparente Vermittlung von Werdegang und Gehalt. Vorab gab es eine Präsentation, bei der alle relevanten Inhalte vorgestellt wurden. Der Ablauf war reibungslos und ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die PersonalerInnen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The interview process was not detail oriented. The interviewer did not have an engaging personality. The interviewer spoke a lot about quota and how strict they are if their teams are not performing and meeting their expectations. This was an automatic red flag. This was one of the worst interviews I've had.
