Spectrum Health (Ireland) interview questions

Fairly straightforward. Conducted online. Confirm qualifications, areas of clinical interest etc etc. Job listing was for a specific location but they really want full flexibility and for you to work wherever they decide to put you, so expect to be moved around at short notice. Salaries are offered based on an overly complicated scale split between basic and commission, with different 10 different levels. My advice, negotiate HARD. They always struggle to hire, so never take the first offer. I initially declined after they would not budge on salary and annual leave, only for them to change their mind straight away.
