The process started with an email stating that your resume was selected and they would like to connect by phone. The 1st call is with HR to confirm you have the qualifications that are on the submitted resume and you're able to have a professional conversation basically are you legit. If HR likes what they hear you will be asked to complete an online application and list your references if not already provided. The 2nd call is with the directot of recruiting and you will be asked more details about prior recruiting experience, tools that were used, and questions you asked candidates. The calls were 20 minutes tops. If the director is pleased you will know and usually a day or 2 later an email or call will be sent to let you know that you're in the running. The focus I feel was with the professional references. They do not take this step lightly and will ask a ton of specific questions. You must have solid references. Once they get 3 references, 2 minimal from management. You will be made an offer
