Very simple, they were clear in what they were looking for in a candidate. Had an initial call that led to me being put into a higher tier candidate pool.
I completed the initial screening for the position but haven’t received any updates about the next round of interviews. Fortunately, the recruiter has been responsive and helpful throughout the process.

one phone interview where they ask behavioral questions. A video introduction (it doesn't take more than 10 mins) and finally a technical interview with the Hiring Manager after they send the you offer if all good.
