Interview
I went to an open house interview. Next was told congratulations. Like I had the job. Then was called a day later and was told congratulations again. The representative reminded me to complete the online assessment. The assessment was very long and there was a audio part. I'm thinking I'm qualified and have call center experience. Then received an email stating we will not hire you. You do not meet our qualifications. I was beyond humiliated. I took time to apply for this job. And was lied to that I had the job. Good luck pray hard to the future prospects you'll need it.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
