The hiring process overall consisted of three parts.
Phone Interview with HR - overall extremely professional, the Recruiter will go over experience based off resume provided. Then once that has been completed more detailed questions are asked regarding how you would handle difficult situations and what you’re management style is. After this the information will be forwarded to the hiring managers. The interview process was 30 minutes.
Face to Face interview with Hiring Managers - this was a behavioral style panel interview with both morning and evening managers. It consisted of situational type questions to figure out how I would deal with situations as a supervisor, role playing a coaching session and discussion of my past experience occurred. Once completed the information was passed along to HR and the Contact Center Director. The interview process was 1 your.
Face to Face interview with Contact Center Director and HR Department Manager - this was more of a conversational type interview to see if I was the right fit to be a member of the leadership team. It consisted of situational type questions and actual questions about what I liked doing outside of work. This interview process was 45 minutes.
