      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (Greensboro, NC) in Jan 2019

      Interview

      It is a two part interview. The first half is with a team supervisor and they ask questions relating to the technical support part of the position. Second is a department manager and they ask questions about how you handle customers and your behavior.
