before the interview they asked for my resume and what not , then requested a short meeting at their hq. it was just a brief talk and also showing me around telling me about the school’s curriculum.

are you okay working with kids that are special and needs more help?
Briefly introduce about yourself, your experiences and role play to test out your skills to handle difficult parents and kids who are not interested during your lesson. Also they asked about your expected salary and what would you foresee yourself in 3 years

Interview
Interviewer only showed up 35minutes later without apologizing. He shot many questions at one time, saying he wants to see how good my memory is. He tested my eyes and asked me to raise my voice to the max.

He asked me what drives me. I said teaching. Then he said,"How do you tell parents that their kids are nerds? "I shrugged and he said i must answer this question so he can size me up. Silence followed and I stood up to leave.
