The interview was conducted over the phone with a follow-up. They hire mostly form referrals in the IT department, so find someone working in the company to route your resume. Please be aware that you are going into a very bad place. They will expect you to work 80 hours a week which I did for a year. This is not the best pace to be. That said, I would probably not have taken the job had I known about the culture. Read glassdoor reviews prior to accepting the job.

The interview process was pretty smooth. You will have to interview with several people before they make a decision. I feel it was too bad. You just have to know your skill sets.
