Interview
After an extensive interview including verbal personality tests, written applications, and hypothetical situations , the management (which arrived from headquarters ) did the final inspection of physical appearance and the way a person presented themselves.
Short. Sweet. Didnt get the job. Saw an interviewer. Talked to them. And left. Loved my time there. The gasoline fumes seemed healthy to be around. Would love to be around car exhaust as well.
Met with the manager and had a brief discussion about the position. Showed me around the store and the equipment that I would be using. It was a very easy interview.
