Had an informal unplanned phone call in which someone asked me why I was interested in the job, then I was invited to a face to face interview which I was interviewed for 30/40 minutes by 2 people who then left the room and then another 30 minutes with another person. Some of the interview questions I expected from a recruitment company, for example how will you deal with setbacks/people putting the phone down on you?. But some I found way too intrusive. For example, I was consistently asked how much is a lot of money to me which I thought was inappropriate. I was also asked what my family does for work. I expected a phone call or email to state if I was successful or not but never received one.
