I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spiegel Design Group in Feb 2019
Interview
Received an email back after a week regarding application. I was tested on simple HTML and CSS code. I got rejected but the developer(s) gave the direct suggestions on what tools and structures to use on my code in details, and they really cared for candidates who applied for the job. So far this is the most satisfying job I have applied. Might apply again once I'm ready.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spiegel Design Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
was asked to do take home assignment, they appeared communicative at first but not responsive after. keep in mind they will not necessarily relay any information about application once you submit like many companies do even with automated rejection emails, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Spiegel Design Group
Interview
they asked me to spend hours on a code test before even speaking to someone then totally ghosted me and did not respond or offer any feedback. email comms where rare and only after me chasing. I can't imagine how many applicants' time they wasted for nothing
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spiegel Design Group (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Initial communication was great, but towards the end they do not respond, and have missed a scheduled call with no apology in their reply. The lead dev/owner will not directly answer your questions, and feels more like a sales pitch for the company.
After months of back and forth, they just fell off.
