      Senior Engineer Interview

      9 Mar 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spin Master (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2009

      Interview

The interview process lasted for about 3-4 hours. There were about 6 different employees that interviewed me, including the General Manager. I knew many of the employees already that worked there, along with my hiring director. Therefore, the interview was more of a formality of getting me acquainted with the people and the company before giving me an offer. I received an offer by the end of the day.
