After you submit your application you'll be contacted by someone on the recruiting team and they'll schedule you for an in person interview shortly after. The interview is a little long, but they just want to make sure everyone gets a feel for you and that you know your stuff. I had a few rounds of people talk to me, ask me questions about my experience, goals etc. The recruiter was incredibly courteous and made sure I was comfortable, had breaks and even walked me from one building to the next (they currently occupy two buildings). He was also a really good sport about answering all of my (seemingly endless) questions about the company and was able to work around my stiff schedule. I found everyone on the team to be very accessible, friendly and professional.
Note: they validate your parking so you don't need to struggle in the abismal hell hole that is Sunset Blvd.
