Its mupltiple rounds of interviews and testing , with different cognitive tests and later on direct interviews. At the end you are talking to the founder. One of the questions I have recieved is What would you advise the governer of Atlanta,
Extremely long and tiring process with five interview rounds, where they keep asking you essentially the same questions in different fonts and after the last round, they send a generic rejection email because you “can’t answer under pressure”
