Spirit AeroSystems interview questions

Pretty laid back , they ask simple question due to the job applied for. Have you ever worked in a wearhouse setting, tools you've worked with or ever been on a assembly line before. They just really want to know if you're teachable

Phone call with two managers from the department. Asked me a series of SBO questions, a few questions about how to do something or things I’ve learned while in school. Said they would get back in two weeks but after asking for an update and being told I would hear back soon they eventually declined me almost 4 months post interview. This position was newer so they were only accepting 2 people at the time as well.
