It was a very informal process. I had to take one of those online quizzes where they just want standard corporate responses, but in the actual store there isn't much of a regard for those interview questions.

Quick, fairly informal interview. Received text telling me when the interview would be. Arrived at store and talked to the Store Manager, answered a few questions and was gone in maybe 10 minutes.
