It’s not really a job interview but more of a selection process. There’s not necessarily a position at the end. It’s mostly chemistry questions, and while the people are polite, the interview itself is intense. In the end, it might feel like a bit of a waste of time — a lot of effort for not much result.

Dans l'ensemble, l'entretien a été désagréable. Sans la moindre gentillesse. J'ai lu des critiques auparavant et j'aurais dû les croire. Ce fut une véritable expérience. Quelque chose que je ne voudrai plus jamais répéter.

Ils ont demandé des réactions obscures. Honnêtement, vous n'avez pas besoin de les connaître de mémoire.
It was like four or five video calls. Some profiles show, NMR questions, typical reagents for transformations, and beginner chemistry questions. All in English, if you speak french or german the better.
