Fairly straight forward, recruiter first then hiring manager. Just asked about leadership style, technical acumen. No technical evaluation. Did not make it beyond the first round. Was a little apprehensive as they were in the process of being acquired by Cisco. Wasn't sure what the company would look like post aquisition.

Comprehensive, met numerous partners, but had little time for my own questions. Interviews were professionally conducted and the folks were nice. I would recommend stating up front if you have questions you want to cover.

Describe a project that didn't go well and how you handled it.
Applied on the company website.
Got the email and setup the first call.
The recruiter was so not interested and was rushing the call without giving any chance to ask questions about the position.
Finally on the call, said to send my preferred dates and times for the call which was sent immediately after the call.
After that it has been complete silence.
Very unprofessional and just hogwash.
Apparently my roommates friend had a similar experience with this company.
